GP’s can make a referral to Dr Torres in any of the following ways:
1. Fax a completed Mental Health Care Plan or referral letter for the patient being referred to:

Dr Torres will contact the patient directly and arrange an intake call and initial appointment.
2. Provide patient with Dr Torres’ contact details. The client can then make contact directly for an intake call and initial appointment. Please contact us if you require more business cards or post cards.
3. Contact Dr Torres directly via telephone to discuss your patient, on 02 6282 1002.
