Welcome to Capital Clinical Psychology Consulting Rooms.

For over 15 years, Capital Clinical Psychology has been dedicated to providing the Canberra community with high quality mental health services. Our mission is to provide independent psychologists and mental health practitioners with a supportive and collaborative environment, allowing them to excel for both themselves and their clients.

Our History and Vision

Established in 2009, we offer consulting rooms designed for practitioners to run their own practice with the support of a warm and welcoming community. We provide all the essential infrastructure, as well as a cooperative environment to start or build your individual psychology practice.

Our Locations

We have clinics in O’Connor, Phillip, and Hobart Place in Canberra CBD. To see our current team, click here (Find a Practitioner).

Consulting Room Availability

Rooms are available at each location, including weekends. Rates start from $110 (plus GST) and vary according to
location and the features of the room.

Our primary focus is offering our rooms for regular room use (eg, every Monday and Tuesday in Office 3 in O’Connor). We also offer full-time agreements if you would rather have the room all to yourself!

If you are after adhoc/casual room bookings to conduct assessments, please call Emily to discuss what options might be available.

Capital Clinical Psychology O’Connor rooms are located on the first floor above the cafe. The stairway entrance is in between the cafe and Urban Jungle.

2 hour parking is available as part of the shopping centre car park. There are also 2 hour spots along the road behind the shops.

Rooms are located on the first floor. The entrance is located on Townshend Street, near the corner of Dundas Court. There is free 2-hour parking in Dundas Court. There are a number of buses that stop on Athlon Drive, just a short walk from the clinic (check the Transport Canberra website for current routes and timetables).

Rooms are located on the 7th floor of the AMP Building. The building can be accessed via Hobart Place, London Circuit, Marcus Clarke Street or University Avenue. The lift entrance is located on the University Avenue side of the building (on Darwin Place – where there is also some disabled parking).
