About Angela Patch
Angela is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA) and holds PBA Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist. Angela is a full Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.
Angela has worked as a Clinical Psychologist for over 25 years. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science (Applied Psychology) from the University of Southern Queensland, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Queensland, and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Charles Sturt University.
Angela is trained in the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
She provides treatment for depression, anxiety, stress, phobias, chronic pain, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other trauma related issues.
She has worked across a variety of settings including community mental health, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, private hospitals, vocational rehabilitation, employee assistance programs, and private practice.
