About Dr Mike Barry
Dr Mike Barry is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA) and holds PBA Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist. He is a full Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.
Prior to becoming a psychologist, he served for 28 years as a soldier and officer in the Australian Army, and has broad experience working with military, veterans and emergency service personnel.
Mike is trained in the use of a range of therapies, and provides treatment for adults with depression, anxiety and stress, but specialises in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex Trauma, including adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
