As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW) with 12 years of experience in addiction counselling, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their challenges. My person-centred and strength-based approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs and values. I focus on providing services to young adults through to senior citizens.

I utilise a holistic approach, considering the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, to support individuals in achieving their goals and fostering overall wellness.
