About Ms Ainsley Waddington

Ainsley Waddington is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA), holds PBA Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist, and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

With experience working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds, Ainsley enjoys supporting adults (20 years and older) across several mental health presentations, using evidence-based therapies. She has previously worked in public health in Obesity Management, and enjoys and has experience working with Australian Defence Force members and veterans.

Ainsley uses a person-centred approach and is particularly interested in the areas of trauma, attachment and interpersonal relationship difficulties, gender identity, neurodivergency, and disordered eating issues.
