Roni works with adults and young people experiencing a broad range of mental health and related issues, however, has a particular interest in working with autistic and ADHD clients, trauma-related issues, anxiety, and relational concerns, as well as couples therapy.

Some of the primary treatment modalities Roni works from include schema therapy and parts-based approaches more broadly, emotion-focused therapy/emotion-focused couples therapy, and EMDR, as well as other somatic, cognitive, and behavioural approaches.
