COVID 19 information

With the outbreak of the COVID-19, it is vital that we protect ourselves and others and do our bit to reduce the spread of the virus by following the advice of experts in this field.

Please follow hygiene advice by washing hands regularly with soap, avoiding close contact with others (e.g. touching) and using a tissue if you sneeze or cough.

We request that you please do not attend sessions if you are unwell.

TELEHEALTH SERVICES

If you feel you need to cancel because you are unwell, our practitioners may be able to provide telehealth (telephone or video sessions) for eligible clients (more details below).

ACCESS TO TELEHEALTH SERVICES FOR THOSE WITH A MENTAL HEALTH CARE PLAN FROM THEIR GP

The Government recently announced that from Monday 30 March to 30 September all Australians eligible to receive services under Medicare may be able to access to bulk-billed psychological services delivered via telehealth (i.e., videoconference or phone) if clinically appropriate and if their psychologist is offering Telehealth services.

Please contact your psychologist to discuss whether this option is available to you.

TELEHEATH SERVICES FOR THOSE NOT ON A MENTAL HEALTH CARE PLAN

If you do not have a mental health care plan from your GP, you may still be able to access Telehealth services. Please contact you specific psychologist to discuss what options might be available to you.
